My Story

My name is Wayne Gosvener, owner and founder of ABOUT Home Inspections.

I’ve been self-employed for over 30 years. I’ve always believed that service is the key to a great business.

My background is welding, fabrication, appraisal, real estate, loans, maintenance, pest control, and home inspection.

I’m family oriented. I love being around my kids and grandkids.

I do my inspections as if I am buying the property for myself.

 

I want to know about everything that is important. When the buyer asks a question, I want to have an answer.
