SEWER SCOPE
A Sewer Scope is a great way to get a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation. The process involves a line that will run a camera down and through the clean-out to inspect the interior of the sewer pipe and create a video. Looking at the condition of the line. The purpose of a sewer inspection can be a great source of finding an issue that may be causing blockage or back up. Of course there are other possible reasons to have a Sewer Scope done.
An example of various types of findings could be:

A line in great conditions with no apparent defects

Roots intruding into the pipe which may cause blockage.

Pipes that are no longer connected for various reasons (i.e., roots pushing them, ground caving, pipe crushed, etc.)
